Will my order be charged tax?
No. We do not charge sales tax on any orders. 

Will my order be charged a shipping fee?
If your order requires a delivery fee it will be clearly disclosed at the time of order. 

Are samples available?
Yes, we are happy to send textile and finish samples. There is no charge for this service. 

Do you offer trade pricing, or volume discounts?

What is the lead time on my order?
Lead-times can vary depending on the item ordered. We would inform you that, due to the exclusiveness and uniqueness of the handcrafted product, and eventual personalisations , it will take at least 3 months or more to deliver the product after the payment.

Can i request expedited shipping for an additional fee?
Under unique circumstances this is possible. 

Is this item in stock?
All of our products on-line list lead-time and availability. Please check the product page of the item you are interested in. 

What is the status of my order? I could not find this info in my account.

What type of delivery should i expect? Ups, Fed ex, or white glove?
Your order will be shipped the most efficient method and will depend on many factors such as size, location of factory and destination. 

Do we ship outside of the Italy?
Yes, sell or ship our products to customers all over the world.  

From where does this item ship?
All items ship from our Carpaxe warehouse or from partner warehouses and factories in the Europe and U.S.

Is assembly required?
Most of our items do not require assembly, though assembly is required on some items. If in doubt please call or email us.
